(20 marks) When doing your analysis of the above issue, you should consult the psychological  literature for relevant material (besides relying on the readings from Riggio). In addition, you are encouraged to draw upon your own working experience e.g., how your company assist its employees to deal with a certain trend in the workplace. When commenting on the key trends affecting companies and employees in the United Kingdom, you should present your findings in a scholarly way. Specifically, your argument should be based on relevant theories/concepts in I/O psychology and supported by empirical evidence.
