Defining a structural and historical analysis of racism and its significance for the human services profession.

Utilizing the readings in weeks 3 and 4 of the course, students will write a 4 page paper defining a structural and historical analysis of racism and its significance for the human services profession. Included in the paper will be a theoretical framework, institutional issues and the changing context of worldview. In addition to the assigned readings, students will be required to include 2 additional references. A list of each students additional references will be compiled and provided to the class as a supplemental reading list they will take away from the course
