Defending Jacob

Listen to or read the book “Defending Jacob” (available on amazon or audible.com).  Write a paragraph on your thoughts after each chapter.  Specifically consider the physical evidence and “propensity evidence”.  For this purpose, “propensity evidence” is evidence that suggests that someone is prone to crime.  Specifically, consider whether it is appropriate to use the “murder gene” as evidence to establish guilt.
