Using the list below find the standard specifications used by the highway department of a state that you are interested in.

Read the specifications with regard to certain areas such as compaction, paving materials, and the sediment or environmental controls. You should look at 5 to 7 sections in total and feel free to look at other than the ones I have suggested.

Once you have done this, selected three specification sections, get into the details and then decide how you would enforce these specifications if you were the project manager!.

Provide a two to three page report list the state you choose, the three sections you focused on, and how you plan to ensure compliance.
