Your paper should also touch upon how this conflict could have been handled better (if you’re looking at a messy conflict) or how/why the conflict was handled well (if you’re looking at a conflict that resolves itself through good communication). This does not have to be one discrete clip—you can pick a conflict that weaves itself throughout an episode (like my 30 Rock example in class).
