Use the Davies, et. al white paper from your Required Readings as a guide. Consistent with that guide, focus
on potential target hardening in your own community. Remember, not every act of terrorism or disaster is alike,
so it is important to consider one of the most fundamental tenets of community policing: policy development
should be specific to the community it is intended to serve.
