Select a large international organization (non-profit, government or corporation) and for Part 1, write about who
you would have on your PR team. What positions would you have? What is the role of each? (Why is that role
important?)
For Part 2, find an international news event in which your organization played a central role (by choice or by
bad luck) and discuss the roles of the PR staff as relayed through the organization’s response. How effectively
did that role come through in the coverage? Who else might have been helpful to have on that team and why?
