Classroom discipline is one of the key issues that affects student rights.  Punishment can get out of hand and doesn’t always result in better behavior.  So what does work?  One of the current trends is restorative circles

In paragraph 2, describe how restorative circles affects the victim, the “perpetrator,” the teacher, and the class as a whole.
