Change and Innovation Management

Part 1: Choose an article from a business magazine or online article about an organization going through change.  Provide us with the article citation. What is the rationale presented for change? Identify the external and internal pressures.

Part 2: People’s previous experiences of change provide them with a “script” – a set of assumptions/beliefs as to what happens in a situation of organizational change.
