This section is missing a number of important pieces. There are four subsections that need to be included and should solely focus on your own proposed study. These sections are instruments, participants, procedures, and ethical issues.

For this research study a simple correlational study would be appropriate using a one-time survey. This would allow one to focus on amount of media exposed to and the aggression felt or displayed by the youngster without exposing them to actual violence in the media. A correlation enables the researcher to study naturally occurring variables that are unethical or impractical to test experimentally. In this case it would be unethical to exposure children to violence for the purposes of research. This is a good paragraph and would be a good first paragraph in your Procedures section. Once you introduce with this paragraph though you would need to walk your reader through the procedures for conducting your proposed study from the recruitment of your participants through the end of your data collection.

 

Conclusion

The media is a powerful tool in the society. Positive content should be relayed the various channels. This will aid in bringing up a morally upright generation since they are heavily dependent on the media. Media violence should be done regulated for the children in the development stage.

For example I think you are talking about aggression in children – so you should say aggression as that is the common term rather than saying “brutal inclination” which many people will not know what you are trying to say.

As you work on your M5 paper double check your word choices to make sure they make sense and are commonly used within typical communications.

You are a counselor in a detention center for delinquent adolescent boys. Your current project is to devise a way to reduce intergroup conflict that has been escalating between the boys at the center, many of whom were active in local gangs.
