As the leader of the HR department, you have been  asked to deliver an orientation presentation to new employees to  introduce the organization’s mission statement and provide an overview  of at least one key strategic initiative that aligns with the  organization’s mission statement. Part of your presentation should  provide the history and progress of the decision making process.
