Book Critque

This is not an essay of what the book is (like a normal essay). This is a critique of the book. This professor adheres to very strict guidelines. I will post all that she has provided to us as well as my pdf copy of the book. I also put in a word document with little on it. I need someone that can really work with strictly set guidelines as well as being 100% original as NO outside references are allowed other than for the auther himslef (as stated in the material provided).

Ho Chi Minh was a bad leader because he attacked his own people and ruined the economy. Ho Chi Minh attacked his own people by bombing areas where he had men they were killed by the bombs and attacked his own navy because people tried escaping from the war. Ho Chi Minh ruined the economy by taking people’s stuff and making everything more expensive.

Ho Chi Minh made everything more expensive because he was taking their supplies away so the price of the food and items went up and it got more expensive, he took many supplies from poor families so they starved and had to look for something to eat. Attacking his countrymen, Ho Chi Minh bombed areas where he has soldiers and he ended up killing them and he bombed his own navy because they were trying to escape    from the war.

DB8 Est measures and changes

Complete step 3 (establishing measures) and step 4 (selecting changes) for your project proposal using the IHI Model for Improvement. This corresponds to the questions of “What are we trying to accomplish” and “How will we know that a change is an improvement?” in the IHI model. For the project proposal, I am going to limit you to defining outcome measures. However, for this week’s discussion board in addition to your outcome measures, discuss process measures and balancing measures that might be required for your project to be successful if it were to be implemented.

How will we know that a change is an improvement?

I want you to come up with a plan to address an educational gap related to your MIPS measure.
How would you figure out the gap between what your staff knows and what they should know?
Would you do a knowledge assessment?
Would you look at their charting to measure current practices?
Both? Something else?
What would the outcome, process and balancing measures for this project be?
What Change can we make that will result in improvement?

What would the changes you select be? (This is your objectives, outline for your educational initiative?
See attached for the project proposal and IHI articles to use for the this assignment
