As a counselor, you will be making decisions on how to select evidence-based treatments. In your essay, demonstrate the decision-making process that you will use to choose one evidence-based treatment over another. 9. Most murderers are neither serial killers nor mass murderers. How are we able to combat the problem of murder when a person may kill only one time? What type of psychological problems may lead someone to kill? Use scholarly resources to support your explanations.

10. The criminal justice system provides very long, lifetime, or death sentence to those convicted of murder. Are these harsh and punishments appropriate for the crime of murder? Are there alternative punishments for murders that do not include long incarceration periods or death? Use scholarly resources to support your explanations.

11. Sexual deviance, oftentimes, may be considered odd by our society, but being considered odd does not necessarily equal criminality. Should we consider sexual deviance to be more of a social- or justice-related issue? Use scholarly resources to support explanations.

12. Some forms of sexual deviancy are considered criminal, such as pedophilia. Is this form of sexual deviance driven more from psychological or physical desire? Why are these medications treated as cure-alls rather than remedying the underlying psychological issues? Should we continue to pursue drugs as solutions to psychological conditions? Part A: Review the Case

A psychologist is redesigning a website to make it more appealing to clients. On the website, she lists several tests she learned about in graduate school. She also posts images of the tests, including the Rorschach inkblot cards. She plans to use the website in-place of administering these tests in-person.

Part B: Case Analysis

In a 4 page paper, addressing the following information:

Final Directions

Please ensure that your paper is in APA format from the 7th edition (2019), using 12 pt Times New Roman or Sans Serif font, double-spaced, with a title and references page. An abstract is not necessary. The paper should integrate a minimum of 4 scholarly resources. I will allow you to use the first person to explain your immediate reaction, but remember to keep your writing in the third person for the rest of the analysis. Also, I suggest that you use each of the aforementioned numerical points as respective subheadings to best format your paper.
