After reviewing the material and watching the videos, consider examples of various teams in which you have participated and how they worked through team processes described in your textbook. Write a thoughtful, reflective discussion post of at least 500 words. Apply the theories of teams to your own experience. In your post: include the following:Explain how the team progressed through the stages of team development. Was it fast or slow? Cooperative or contentious?
Describe how the team conducted decision-making, considering the stages and the ways of choosing solutions.
Indicate whether your teams were examples of effective functioning? Why or why not?
Discuss the lessons learned from the analyses of your past teams and/or from the videos that you could take forward to create more functional teams in the future?
