After listening to the GFOA podcast Capital Planning and the DC Government write a few sentences about what was most interesting to you, and what was the most confusing or unexplained. DEVELOP at least THREE QUESTIONS/comments about what you heard and pose those questions to the other members of your group. Relate those to the concepts youve learned from the Finkler and McLaughlin readings about finance, etc.  No ref page required.
