Please prepare a typed clinical simulation that includes:
1. Opening scenario (Create all the questions from the scenario)
2. A minimum of 4 information gathering sections, each with 15-30 parameters

The simulation should also have the number score written by each selection, along with a page number and text reference. Don forget to include the minimum and maximum points attainable for each section!

2. Acute Myocardial Infarction
3. Myasthenia Gravis
4.Near Drowning with hypothermia
5. Asbestosis
6. Pulmonary Embolism (thromboembolism or fat embolism)
