Please prepare a typed clinical simulation that includes:
1. Opening scenario (Create all the questions from the scenario)
2. A minimum of 4 information gathering sections, each with 15-30 parameters
3. A minimum of 4 decision making sections, each with 4-8 options
The overall plot of your sims should include:
1. The initial presentation of the patient
2. Respiratory care of the patient, including ICU, intubation and ventilation care
3. Respiratory testing and interpretation of Pulmonary function testings, ACLS procedures and rhythm interpretation
4. Post of ICU care that includes a pulmonary rehab or home care set up
The simulation should also have the number score written by each selection, along with a page number and text reference. Don forget to include the minimum and maximum points attainable for each section!

1. Severe burns and smoke inhalation
2. Acute Myocardial Infarction
3. Myasthenia Gravis
4.Near Drowning with hypothermia
5. Asbestosis
6. Pulmonary Embolism (thromboembolism or fat embolism)
