Human Resources Software Business Proposal

Create a business plan/proposal communicating the steps and reasoning behind creating a new human resource software. This plan will include legitimate research and information of what systems currently lack on a HR management side, fulfilling employee satisfaction for training, forms, and benefits as well as what it takes to be low-cost to a company. The goal of this project is to present a plan and it’s purpose, the background of why it is needed, and a rationale of why and how it is beneficial.
