Question on: Foreign Policy theories

(1) Choose two of the three theories of Foreign policy (analytical liberalism, neoclassical realism, constructivism) covered in this class. How would each of these theories explain the foreign policy dimension of the US response to the current coronavirus pandemic? (By foreign policy dimensions, I mean the elements of the response that involve relations with other countries) Which theory do you think provides a better explanation, and why?

(2) According to liberal and constructivist theories, what will determine whether or not war occurs between the US and China in the 21st century? (Give separate answers for liberalism and constructivism.)
