Addressing the problems society faces

Take the issue/challenge I discussed in my paper, and write a paper exploring how society is addressing that issue/challenge.  You are to research how does society at the local, level address(or try to solve) the issue/challenge you chose by identifying an organization, program or group in the State of New Jersey.

Your paper will present the story of the organization/program/group you have chosen, their philosophy, policies, resources, etc. Finally end your paper by answering the question, How do you think we should be addressing the issue/challenge you have chosen?
