Mckinsey 7s Framework

Read the  The McKinseys 7-S Framework article and identify and discuss the seven Ss. Toward the middle of the article you will find 7-S Checklist Questions. In each of the Ss you will find a set of questions. If you were hired as a consultant to identify areas for improvement in an organization which questions would you ask?
While all the questions are important, identify one question from each of the Ss and explain why you think it is important. (3 pages minimum)
