Read the Wall Street Journal article that I’ve attached, ” Darkness Too Visible; Contemporary fiction for teens is rife with explicit abuse, violence and depravity” by Meghan Cox Gurdon.
Questions to address in the essay:
– What is the argument that the author is forwarding?
– How does he persuade you of their argument?
– What kinds of evidence does he use?
– Do you agree with the argument?
– What counterarguments might you offer to challenge the authors argument?
