Please use Excel for all calculations. The Excel spreadsheet is one of  papers.  Then use Word for a final 7 page written report to the owners detailing your findings, analyses and recommendations, making sure that your written report answers all the specific questions in this assignment. 

    Format of the report should include:
o    A meaningful report title
o    A short executive summary with all key results and recommendations
o    A short introduction with report purpose and contents
o    Section headings helpful to the owner readers
o    Conclusions with key points repeated from the report body
o    References list in APA format
o    Page numbers on all pages
