In about 250 words, choose a population of learners and describe the population. The learners can be academic students from an ADN, BSN, MS, or DNP program; staff nurses; patients; or community learners. Describe the learning needs of the population and different teaching methodologies you will use to teach them. What learning theories will you base your methodologies on? Provide a rationale for your choice of learning theories and how they apply to your learners.
