Discussion on Description of Bible Notions.

I need help creating a thesis and an outline on Description of Bible Notions. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. The Holy Spirit can be described as a person as well as power. There is a reference in the bible that can support both sides. It can be described as a person because it is identified as one of the three persons who make up the Godhead, with the Father and the Son being the other two. In John 16, verses seven and eight Jesus referred to the Holy Spirit as he was talking about a person. He stated. “But if I do go away, then I will send him to you. And when he comes he will prove to the people of the world that they are wrong.” On the day of Pentecost, the Holy Spirit was described as a power. “Suddenly there was a noise from the sky which sounded like a strong wind blowing and it filled the whole house where they were sitting” Acts 2:2. While the Holy Spirit is often described as a dove, however, the underlying doctrine that it remains one of the beings of the trinity would classify him as a person rather than just a mere power.
