I am uploading a template without macros and with the twelve month columns to make it as easy as possible, I know that some of you are struggling to copy the columns. I am filling January for you to have an idea of how it looks, after that you need to figure it out, pure logic everything is there!
Probably the most difficult thing to figure out is the inventory… if we have 2,000 at the end of January, and we begun with 50,000, a safe bet would be to purchase 48,000 so we can have a steady 50,000 per month. The sales are only growing 1% monthly so it looks like a safe bet, though it will be tight at the end of the year, though for the purpose of the exercise it gives us the information that we need (thank Cenk as he noticed the trap!)
