Explain how the public health agency and the emergency management agency may work together. For example, the public health agency may want to set up alternate care facilities but the emergency management agency may be needed to provide space and supplies in order to establish a care facility. Also, if isolation and quarantine are necessary additional manpower and resources may be needed to enforce those orders or to provide monitoring of those isolated or quarantined.
