Now that you are familiar with I/O psychology, you can probably see how this area of study can be applied to many areas and careers. Discuss you career goals for the future and how I/O psychology could be applicable to help you succeed and grow as an individual. What unique opportunities does the field of I/O psychology present in the workplace for you personally? Is there an area of I/O that you believe will be more applicable than another? Why or why not?

What, if any, of the applicable principles align with your ideas/ What ones differ? Could the differing ideas also be applicable to your future career? If there are any students that have similar career paths as the one you are choosing, what advice can you offer them about applying I/O to their own future success?
