APA Requirements: 10 references minimum. A reference must be authored or academic (not dictionary, webmd, generic). An interview with a real person is accepted. First person voice is accepted. Paper should be 7-10 pages in length. By “should” I mean 2 pages is too brief. 6 ½ is likely okay, but from what I’ve seen from each of you, you will not have a problem with 7-10 pages as a goal. This is 1 page per topic, roughly, with an added title page and reference page and tables, etc. (not required)

Rubric: 75 pts content, 50 pts research, 25 pts formatting (mechanics)

Presentation is 15 minutes, not more than 15 slides. (15 is the target. 14 is okay, 16 is okay, 25 is not okay). I will be timing you and give a “warning” when you are close to 15 minutes. Reference slide at the end of presentation. Slides must be cited

Rubric: 25 pts content, 15 pts APA, 10 pts presenting skills

Reminder: APA is important. Most importantly to me, is the matching of in-text citations to references, and no copying/pasting from sources, unless a direct quote which must be “”. If you are using your mouse for your work, you are not really “writing”. Tip” Keyboard!!
