The stationislocated atabusyintersection nearthe centeroftown.Itisadjacentto several otherlocal businessesthat do a briskbusinessduring the day.Acrossthe streetfromthe station isalarge housing developmentwith anelementary school.Behindthe stationisa cityparkwithplaygrounds,baseball fields,and alarge wooded area.

Use the GEBMOframeworkto assessthe risksrelatedto thefuelsinthe underground tanks.Considerphysical,chemical, and naturalhazardsthatmaycontributeto therisks.
