introduction to a report

Hi,

Would you be able to help me to write the introduction to my report.
I have already started but it needs to be longer.
The subject is creating a sexual heath marketing campaign for the UK state in order to increase condom use. I have attached the summary of the brief we need to make in order to give you idea and I have also attached what I have already written. It should be around 200-250 words in total for the introduction.
