In your opinion, what are the most important components that should be included in a vision and mission statement, and how do those components relate to a healthcare organization’s strategy? With this in mind, choose a healthcare organization with which you are familiar, and determine if the key components are included and if you can determine the key elements of the organization’s strategy.
