However, as you may know, people use self-regulation or self-control on a regular basis for many NON-health related behaviors as well. You are to use theories from the readings and APPLY them to the below two constructs. You can use readings outside of this class as well, as long as they’re from peer reviewed journal articles- if you aren’t sure if it’s a reliable source you can email it to me and I’ll check for you. However, when you discuss examples (part 2 of the assignment), these don’t have to come from articles, they can come from scenarios you make up or personal experiences. The assignment is 100 points total, with the allotted points pertaining to each section. The grading rubric is on the next page.
