intends for his audience to resist the philosophies and actions of Oceania and Big Brother. Write
two positions (claims, beliefs, concepts, philosophies, etc.) that the government in 1984 holds
positions that Orwell opposesand find at least three quotes from the novel that demonstrate the
authors opposition. Be sure to explain how your selected passages support you claims.
