Why does a manager need to help create a learning organization?

I need to create a business email based on the instructions attached under “Week 5 brainstorming”. I need to use ONLY the course material no outside sources can be used. I have attached all the pdfs sources and a word document names “reference links” of the sources that can be used. I also attached the grading rubric to understand what the y are going to be grading.
