Each student will write a 4 page research paper including a review of scholarly sources that provide an overview of a non-dominant (minority) group in the workplace and the workplace discrimination issues of that group. Use a minimum of four sources. This assignments will be evaluated on APA or MLA format only, grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Use scholarly publications; articles or references from popular press magazines or from the internet. You may use online encyclopedias and dictionaries; however, they will not be counted as one of your sources. All papers must be typed, double-spaced, with one inch margins and 12 point fonts.
