1) My topic is Parents in Title One school districts would be able to assist their children with disabilities better if they had better resources available to assist them and their children.
2)I selected this topic because I notice the students in Title One districts regress during breaks due to parent are working but cannot afford to have students work with someone over the break to keep them working on social or academic needs.
3)The research approach is descriptive research approach
