What are the unique characteristics of servant leadership and how do these elements make it different from other leadership models?

Review “Example Leadership Models.” As you review the models, consider what you think are the most significant differences between servant leadership models and other models. Then either create your own graphic to visually represent your understanding of servant leadership or revise one of the existing graphics so that it better represents your understanding. If you revise an existing model, be sure to credit the original source.

Once you have created your model, compose a brief analysis (500 words) that addresses the following:

  1. What are the unique characteristics of servant leadership and how do these elements make it different from other leadership models?
  2. Define the paradox of servant leadership, and explain where you see this paradox present in your own representation.
  3. Based on your understanding of effective leadership, how do you think your representation captures those qualities or characteristics necessary to lead effectively?

Submit the graphic of your model with the written analysis.

According to Shneiderman and Bederson (2003), information visualization emerged from research in human-computer interaction

The authors proposed a science-policy interface that would be realized by the inclusion of information visualization in the policy analysis process.  That way, the gap between both fields can be addressed based on the current challenges of science-policy interfaces with visualizations.

Q1: According to Shneiderman and Bederson (2003), information visualization emerged from research in human-computer interaction, computer science, graphics, visual design, psychology, and business.  With this revelation in mind, identify, and discuss the benefits?

Did Mr. Jackson behave appropriately according to the Code of Ethics?

Mr. Jackson is an elementary teacher who has recess duty. During this time of day, he often takes time to catch up on text messages and return emails on his phone. One day, he sees an angry email from a parent, asking him  to contact her  immediately. He leaves the playground to make the call.

Did Mr. Jackson behave appropriately according to the Code of Ethics? If so, justify your answer.  If not, what definitions of terms in the Code of Ethics might describe his behavior?
