- Descriptions of personnel, including their roles and responsibilities.
- Develop a brief online survey to gather demographical information about personnel.
- Search the Internet to identify free online survey software and sample organizational charts or diagrams.
- Analyze survey findings.
- The summary of survey findings, tables, and figures as appropriate.
- An organizational chart or diagram in the Microsoft Word format, which depicts the structure of all personnel in the organization.

Introduction
Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of the Coastal Empire is an NPO, which offers a comforting, calm location for kids and their families to find accommodation and assistance as they get health care at our nearby hospitals. For extremely ill or injured kids and their families, the RMHC of the Coastal Empire can be the most important House they will ever stay (RMHC, 2017). RMHC focusses on helping kids get better faster, manage better, adjust better, and remain sound by methods for its three critical activities, the Ronald McDonald House, and the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile, and the Ronald McDonald House Family Rooms. With the true objective to perceive how RMHC functions, this examination will lead a definitive examination of RMHC.
Employees
RMHC has many employees including leadership team, key staff, and volunteers. The management team is led by Bill Sorochak who is the Executive Director. Volunteers at RMHC are college students from around the municipal who helps at the House, Family Rooms and adolescent-only service occasions and events that benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Coastal Empire (RMHC, 2017).
Control
According to RMHC (2017), the Savannah House is administrated by a 21-member Directorate and overseen by a full-time staff of four. Each office has an executive and a supervisor and their right hand who are ordered to guarantee smooth and effective task of the association. There are in any case, extraordinary panels that regulate execution of the board. Individuals from the panel are in charge of working like an asset for representatives, the association and each other– sharing their insight and serving to accomplish certain destinations and points, which help the mission of the Ronald Macdonald House Charities. Operations
RMHC arranged in Savannah, Georgia begun its activities in July 1987 and proceeds to offer expectation, support and encouragement to kids together with their relatives through blessings from organizations, associations, individuals, establishments and the assistance of neighborhood administrators and proprietors of MacDonald. RMHC in Savannah is focused on offering a home far from home for gravely wiped out or injured children and their relatives who are getting treatment at the healing centers in the neighborhood, (2017).
