The RichardStep Strengths Test is a tool to help you get a better look at who you really are and how much you could grow. The aptitude tests here have simple, straight to the point questions that I’m sure you’ve never thought about before.
Complete the test and copy the results below (change font size to 12 pt). At the end of the results, write a 1-page double spaced paper regarding the assessment, answering these questions
1)Do you agree with your strengths? Explain why or why not? Give examples
2)Do you agree with your weaknesses? Explain why or why not? Give examples
3)How do you plan to improve your weak area? Explain your answer.
