1. Early baggage check-in security office. This office would enable passengers to have their

baggage checked 24 to 6 hours before the flight. Creating a security office dedicated to

accepting baggage for check-ins for flights departing within 24-6 hours before the flight

would help reduce screening checks delay and increase the time of properly screening

baggage to detect security threats.
