Factor important for plant growth

wine appreciation — find out which factor is most important for plant growth: sunlight, water, or quality of soil
The objective
The purpose of this project is to find out which factor is most important for plant growth:
sunlight, water, or quality of soil
Outcome
The outcome of the project is to better understand how “terroir”, the growing elements of wine
can impact the outcome of a plant. This is highly relatable to wine in that wine has different
tastes, smells, and output based upon the “terroir”, also known as the growing environment of the
grapes

Data Sources and Analysis

Review the information on government evaluation policy at USAID. Then review the USAID report. https://pdf.usaid.gov/pdf_docs/PDACS547.pdf
Notice that it is a mid-term report. Also notice that there are several evaluation methods employed, such as focus group and key informant interviews.
IReview any of the reports on the USAID site.
Give the link and explain what it evaluated. Did it accomplish its objective? Is it appropriately tailored to the audience? Did you find anything exceptionally
good or bad about it? Would you offer any advice? Finally, if you were doing a survey or observation to collect data on Yosemite National Park, are there
things that you learned from these examples that would be helpful? If so, what would they be?

Federal Bureaucracy

Referencing the review of the Federal Bureaucracy and the O’Connell article, analyze how and why bureaucratic organizations are created. Next take a look at
the Heritage Foundation article on Bureaucracy. This is an example of a conservative think tank. I want to see you critically evaluate sources as well so
though many of these reports are very well done you have to determine if there is a bias associated with the organization. Is Heritage Foundation a
conservative or liberal think tank? How does it add to the analysis of bureaucratic organizations? Are there other organizations you can find that give an
opposing opinion? Give current examples of bureaucratic organizations and how these resources inform your analysis of them.
