Digital media is replacing traditional media at a fast rate since it connects people throughout the world making the world a global village. The internet has made it simple for two people halfway around the world to communicate face to face with the introduction of video calls and text chatting. One is able to stream live videos and send them with a click of a button. Digital media has become the core of information transformation throughout the world. More people especially the youth spend most of their time on social media like Facebook, Twitter, Skype, and so many others.

Online games have become the order of young children. This has led to community social break drown as people are more engaged to the internet than they do in real social life. People can do virtually everything on the internet. For example, they can shop, talk to relatives abroad, research on different topics, and even date. Different government institutions have turned digital media for their day to day running. To understand exactly how these two media have their differences and how they can work hand in hand for better yields, a look at the marketing sector using these two types of media is necessary (Kawamoto 2003).

Since 2011 more and more companies have used digital media to advertise their goods as compared to other traditional media other than television. Marketers are increasingly digitalizing their way of marketing and more money is being spent each day to make this a reality. Marketers have had a task to determine what proportion of advertising is to be allocated to digital media as to other traditional media like televisions and newspapers. Research has shown that in America, companies using 20% of their advertising budget on online videos, its campaign rises by 5% unlike when using 100% of the budget on traditional media like television (Olsson 2009).

However, in recent years, these points have been contested. Historians are currently exploring a larger cultural footprint and anglophile arty by spreading to other continental parts like Mexico and the Gulf coast while giving much focus on the native expression plus its cross-fertilization with colonial art objects of European origin (Schlereth, 1982). The ascendancy of American art objects and culture as a contemporary, universal mode of using the objects reflects a break with the scholarly course of American art history.

There are various examples of art objects in America, including the whirling, which reached its maximum development. However, the exact time when the first wind toy or whirling in America was constructed. Due to their fragility, some whirling fashioned before the nineteenth century second half have survived. Sculptures in form of stones, wood, or metal developed into popular totem polers, royal Maya stelae, colossal Olmec heads, and golden Inca statues. Presently, they are still central to domestic cultural heritage management and museum collections.

Politics and socioeconomic issues have impacted American material culture. During the late 90s, conceptualism played a key role in America. Artists in this part of the world turned conceptualism as a tool for questioning the nature of art and its role in retorting to societal crisis and needs in combination with politics, pedagogy, and poetry (Schlereth, 1982).

In American material culture, particularly in art objects, several cultural changes have taken place. First, it has undergone cultural diffusion where there have been transformations of art objects from one cultural group or society to another. This has been a major transformation, with the evidence that art has really diversified.

If a leader works according to his values and sees a manufacturing error in his product, then he will certainly tell the client about the fault without hiding the truth. He will discuss the issue with the personnel and the client to let them know that he genuinely wishes to remove the error. This endorses confidence between the company and the client and also motivates other employees to follow the same directions. Furthermore, ethical leadership will take care of the employees so as to preserve a vigorous environment within the organization. An ethical leader will verify that the salaries are being paid in time. will pursue a system of rewards and bonuses. and, will listen to the employees’ troubles and will try to remove them. This will keep them working at high competence.
