Write a 5 pages paper on beijing topography. The mountains surround Beijing both to the southern and northern directions. The surrounding plains, mountains give Beijing a beautiful scene that draws visitors from all over the world to visit as tourists. The mountains surrounding the city play a very significant role in shielding the agricultural land from encroaching semi-arid. Though the city is on flat ground it lays on the land that is elevated several feet above the sea level and opens to the eastern and southern direction. There are eight city districts within the municipality and two rural counties (Pao-chün and Ssu-tʻien Li 14). The municipality terrain is around 35% fat and about 60% mountainous. Discussion on music belonging to the big band or dance pop genres

Hi, I am looking for someone to write an article on music belonging to the big band or dance pop genres Paper must be at least 1500 words. Please, no plagiarized work! Vocal groups such as The Boswell Sisters were able to make a decent living performing their signature arrangements in front of their big band style backup band. But while the ladies arrangement work was going mostly unnoticed, little did they know that all the while they sang in the spotlight but arranged in obscurity, that they would be instrumental in laying the groundwork for an emerging genre of music that would become known as “swing” (Anyswinggoes.com, 2006).

Men, on the other hand, had no limit to the accomplishments they could earn on the Big Band circuit. Big Band work was steady, and the demand for evening entertainment and danceable tunes was exceeding the supply of genuinely talented available performers by a fair margin. If you were reasonably talented and sufficiently motivated, there was almost no limit to the level of fame you could achieve as a man in the genre of Big Band. Most bandleaders doubled as the primary vocalist, and one by one they paraded and preened around the stages of America like peacocks. showing their feathers for all to see while making as much noise as possible to attract attention. While many bandleader/vocalists also composed arrangements for the band as well, relatively quiet work could also be found in the fields of arranging and musicianship if you did not have any goals of becoming the bandleader / primary vocalist, and you didn’t mind travel (Swingmusic.net).

In the modern genres of Big Band and Jazz revival, female artists such as Amy Winehouse and Adele distinguish themselves thoroughly with larger than life personas and strong, distinctive voices that are as much of a trademark of their sound as the arrangements they sing to. The ladyfolk are no longer relegated to standing in front while looking and sounding appealing, though they do that adroitly as well.

The new breed of female Big Band and Jazz vocalists stamp their every song with the sheer force of their will and personality, not unlike the male bandleaders of old.

I need help creating a thesis and an outline on The Problem of Violence in Arab Families and Competence of Social Services in Resolving These Conflicts. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required.

Domestic conflicts are so high nowadays because of the changes in lifestyles and the weakened relationships within the family. “Any abusive, violent, coercive, forceful, or threatening act or word inflicted by one member of a family or household on another can constitute domestic violence” (Domestic Violence, 2010). The current generation does not like any control over their freedom and when somebody tries to impose certain restrictions upon the freedom conflicts can start to creep in. UAE is a country in which various types of domestic disputes are involved. The presence of the huge volume of the expatriate community has intensified the domestic disputes in UAE.

Waffa Issa (2009) has written in Gulf News dated Mar 19, 2009, that the domestic violence in UAE has dropped more than 57 percentage in 2008 Issa (2009). &nbsp.Domestic disputes even though less in UAE, need some kind of assistance from the social workers. Marriage disputes and divorce-related family problems are some of the major reasons for the domestic disputes in UAE which can be addressed effectively by the social support centres. The expatriate community, locals, and remotely staying locals also can seek the advice of the social service centres for solving their domestic disputes. This paper mainly focuses on domestic disputes and social support extended to such victims from the social support centres in the UAE.

Domestic disputes in UAE and social support

The term domestic disputes or domestic violence usually related to conflicts between the couples in a family. UAE is a country which is following the Muslim laws and the influence of Islamic religion is evident in every aspect of the administration. As per Islamic beliefs, a person can divorce his wife. Lal Mohd (2007) has mentioned that after solemnization of marriage between parties if some problems arise, the husband may divorce his wife (Mohd 2007). Unlike many other religions, divorce can be accomplished easily in the Muslim religion. It is easy for a husband to divorce his wife even if the wife was not willing to do so.

Discussion: Gaining Buy-In and Creating a Vision for Organizational Change

*PLEASE USE THE ARTICLE ATTACHED*In Week 5, you examined the myriad reasons employees resist change, which can include fear of the unknown, perceived lack of control or support, and poor communication on behalf of leaders about why the change is necessary. In this Discussion, you will explore a related topic: lack of employee buy-in for change. Employee resistance to change often leads to lack of buy-in for the change, particularly if employees strongly believe in the status quo or fail to see the benefits of the change to themselves and others. Lack of buy-in to the change may ultimately stall or sabotage the change if employees decide not to take action to support and implement it. Therefore, addressing a lack of buy-in to change goes beyond calming employee fears to actively “selling” the change.
