REQUIRED Self Awareness Exercise #5:   Imagine that you are married, living with someone or in a committed relationship. A year ago, you (or your partner/surrogate mother if you are a male) gave birth to a beautiful baby girl.  Right after your daughter’s first birthday, you find out that there was a mix-up at the hospital and that you were given the wrong baby by mistake (this has actually happened a few times and has been discovered due to DNA testing).  What would you do?  Would you want to exchange the child for your own biological child?  Why or why not?  What do you think would be the best thing to do in this situation for you, for the child, for the other family?  Why?

How Has the Media Coverage on Terrorism Changed between the 9-11 Attack and Invasion of Iraq 2003.

Need help with my writing homework on How Has the Media Coverage on Terrorism Changed between the 9-11 Attack and Invasion of Iraq 2003. Write a 1750 word paper answering; Covering the terrorist activities is not an offense but the way media represents the exact scenario leads to a negative impact on the common people. Media are highly biased towards certain groups, religions, and countries as they try to portray a completely different representation of the exact facts. For example, the Western media channels are highly biased towards their countries and during their coverage of attacks with any Islamic countries, they always try to safeguard their country and put blame on the Islamic countries. Moreover, the way of representation of certain incidents by the media provokes common people to enter into a war with the opponent country (Kellner, 2007).

The media coverage of the 9/11 attacks was represented by the media in such a way that the Islamic countries were held responsible for the attack, which provoked the civilians of both the countries to enter into a war with each other. In reality, the terrorists were responsible for the war rather than the Islamic nations. In a similar way, the US media coverage of the Iraq war in 2003 was also misrepresented in which Iraq was alleged to support Al-Qaida, which was not true in reality. In this context, it is vital to state that the portrayal of media is of great significance (Reese & Lewis, 2009). However, there has been a change in the media coverage in the government policies on terrorism between the Invasion of Iraq in 2003 and the 9/11 attack, which would be discussed in the paper.

Once upon a time, The Republic of Moldova (Republica Moldova) was part of the ex-Romanian provinces. At present they have independent territorial status. It is difficult to single out the exclusive Moldovan cooking method. The cuisine incorporates elements from different cooking traditions adopted from the neighboring countries. A lot of importance is given to the details in the cuisine. For example, the emphasis is on the right amount of spices as for taste and also for coloring the dish. The visual presentation of the dish is important. Some of their traditional dishes have a special cooking method. “The diversity of the vegetables and cereals found in Moldova is also noticed in the delicious dishes belonging to their cuisine. … Meat is one of the main elements of most of the Moldavian dishes and cured and smoked hams are often parts of delicious dishes.”(Moldavian Cuisine….)

Geography of a country has a direct bearing on the cuisine. Human beings eat mainly in response to hunger due to the demands of geographical conditions. Moldova is a landlocked country between Romania to the West and Ukraine in other directions (North, East, and South) This small country is situated in Eastern Europe on 47 N, 29 E. Its area is 33,700 sq km. It is close to the Black sea and this makes the summers warm and winters mild. Just like in a desert area one finds sand, sand, and sand again, in Moldova one sees hills, hills, and hills again and nothing else around. The hilly plain includes three physical geographic zones: forest, forest-steppe, and steppe.

By no means, a rich country, 25% of the people earn less than $2 per day. The biggest part of the country lies between two rivers, the Dniester and the Prut. This is one of the&nbsp.ideal agricultural regions.
