When it comes to stress management I can say that I am a type B. However, the good thing is that I am not the kind of person who has much interaction in my day-to-day life. As a result, my life is not stressful. I am not burned out as I am comfortable and satisfied with what I do in my day-to-day life. My emotional intelligence score is high given the fact that I am able to tell what emotions people are having at a given time and respond to my own emotions without letting them affect the way I interact with other people.

I do like workplace diversity because it enables me to find some people within the office environment with whom I am comfortable. I like working and interacting with older people because I usually get to learn many things from them than I can learn from younger people. Both genders should be given equal opportunities to play different roles in a working environment as long as they have the capacity to deliver.

I value a workplace culture that shows appreciation of individual brilliance even if individuals have to work as a team. I like job enrichment because it makes work more interesting. When things are repetitive they usually get monotonous thus become boring. Working in such an environment is less motivating. My most preferred organization structure is divisional structures.

My character can be described to be self-driven because of the fact that I always prefer working by myself. In most cases, I have always noticed that I base my decisions on my senses rather than my intuition. Aim also the type of person who will rather use my feelings rather than thinking. This can be proved by my high sensitivity. Given these aspects of my characteristics, it can be assumed that my Jungian 16 type of personality is ISFP.
