When things are repetitive they usually get monotonous thus become boring. Working in such an environment is less motivating. My most preferred organization structure is divisional structures.

My character can be described to be self-driven because of the fact that I always prefer working by myself. In most cases, I have always noticed that I base my decisions on my senses rather than my intuition. Aim also the type of person who will rather use my feelings rather than thinking.
