Discuss big five personality.

Your assignment is to prepare and submit a paper on big five personality. Many researchers directed their interest in human personality. Surprisingly, many were able to come up with a conclusion that there are five traits that are able to provide an objective description of one’s personality and predict rather accurately one’s behavior. This paper will examine the so called Big Five personality traits, focusing on the history of their research as well as their meanings.

History of Big Five personality traits research

One should point out that the idea that personality might be described in a limited set of traits has always been present. However, it was not until Ernest Tupes and Raymond Christal in 1961 decided to process Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire as worked out five traits that could be sufficient to evaluate a personality of a person (Gilbert, 1991). However, the research did not receive the appropriate attention until Goldberg conducted an independent study and came up with the similar results in 1990. It must be noted that there has been a series of researches which were conducted by different scholars, for example Costa and McCrae or Norman, that provided the validity of the hypothesis that the original inquire into the matter had. Therefore, it would not be an exaggeration to suggest that the existence of fire personality traits has been verified by independent investigation at different times.

Openness to experience

While there is no particular list of the traits, they are usually reviewed in an order that would allow them to form the acronym OCEAN. So, the first personality trait that will be analyzed is Openness to experience. As one can easily see for the very name of it, this trait is responsible for the outlook of a person: those who score high on this one tend to be creative as well as enthusiastic about art (Daft, 2005). Their people want to try new things and gain new experience since that makes them joyful. In addition to that, people who are characterized by the openness of experience are likely to develop an appreciation of unusual practices as well as hold liberal positions on controversial topics. Because of the free flow of their mind, they are likely to think in symbols rather than in concrete ideas.

State health report cards identify key health indicators related to health outcomes, health behaviors, and quality of health systems. By examining these health indicators and how they might influence the health status of your specific patient population, you will be able to better address health risk behaviors and burdens of illness within your clinical setting.
Locate the state of Alabama health report card.
Identify the state’s statistics and key health indicators, including how they influence health status.
Discuss the direct and indirect burdens of health risk behaviors and disease (i.e., costs, morbidity, premature mortality, etc.) identified within the state.
Resources should be less than 5 years old.

Classmate post:

Disaster recovery management plan should be planned and implemented effectively so that there should be no harm to people and the no economic loss to the Organization. All potential disasters must be identified to ensure an effective plan of mitigation strategies. Disaster management planning should have a good mechanism that describes how to manage a disaster so that there is less distraction and business closure (Insu et al., 2019).

As a member of the organization in a disaster plan, I talk to the employees about the list of steps to do in case of a snowstorm and we are in office. Let the employees know ahead to have their insurance plans taken for the coverage. If not taken, at least they should be covered by their spouse’s insurance plans. Have the list of contact numbers to call in case of emergency in such calamities and get the emergency services handy such as the insurance agent, builder owner, plumbing or heating contractor, fire department and snow removal contracts. All these contacts are necessary to hold as not all the employees have on their phone and I will take the responsibility to reach out to the concerned people for help in case of emergency. Apart from holding all the contacts, I would plan to communicate this to the business people like vendors, clients and employees. This is for an easy approach to the stakeholders in order to let them know about the current situations. This would help them to withdraw their plan to travel to the office, withhold them in the office before stepping out to the residences. Finally, a snow removal plan needs to be included and implement when the storm calms down (Wade, 1959).

Discuss The Relationship Between Sisters.

I will pay for the following article The Relationship Between Sisters. The work is to be 9 pages with three to five sources, with in-text citations and a reference page. As these concepts are difficult to define or explain, literature provides examples and analogies that bridge gaps in understanding as well as pose new questions to be answered. It also helps us to understand how these ideas were being formed and reinforced within the society in which these texts were written.&nbsp.

On December 5, 1830, Christina Rossetti became the youngest of four children born to Gabriele and Frances Rossetti. Although the family was Italian, to the point that Gabriele reportedly “always spoke Italian in the family, never English. and the children from the earliest years, as well as his wife, answered him in Italian” (Bell, 1898: 4), they lived in London where Gabriele worked as Professor of Italian at King’s College London and as Italian teacher at King’s College School. Her oldest brother was the poet and artist Dante Gabriel Rossetti while her closest brother was William Michael Rossetti, a writer, and critic who worked diligently to collect and preserve his baby sister’s work. The remaining sibling was Maria Francesca Rossetti, who was also an author and later an Anglican nun. As a child, Christina and her brothers and sisters benefited not only from the dual languages they had to learn in England but also from the excellent instruction of their mother, who had been a governess prior to her marriage and who was determined to give all of her children a strong education. “At an early age, Rossetti developed a scrupulous manner which meant, her brother teased, that ‘she would soon become so polite it would be impossible to live with her’” (Arseneau, Harrison & Kooistra, 1999: 8).&nbsp. This begins to illustrate the conflicts with gender that affected her life.
