Discuss The Work and Tools of a Surveyor.

I need help creating a thesis and an outline on The Work and Tools of a Surveyor. Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide. An abstract is required. This very well depicts that the area is a hot spot and opening a shop in this locality can be an added benefit. Since the proximity to upper parliament and market square is quite close, there is no doubt about the potentiality of the location.

The construction of external walls is of bricks and concrete and roof is of concrete alone. The appeal of the building is unconventional and as a result reflects an element of antiquity to the outsiders. The window frames look fragile and not well maintained with defective glass panes. The interiors of the building was checked thoroughly in order to have an analysis of the defects in construction .This would help in understanding the short comings which could negatively affect the potentiality of the property and can give rise to excessive expenditure in future.

Even though some areas were not accessible to be inspected .Apart from roofs to which access was not possible, the inspection took place from basement to second floor. The ladder was used for some areas in the ceilings in the look out for defects. At the time of evaluating the property was not occupied and was semi –furnished with well maintained carpets.

The building is not in a very good condition and looks not maintained well. The doors have become weak and flooring needs to be refurbished. Ceilings are moderately in good form and skirting of the wall made of timber need some varnishing. The exterior of the building needs to be painted in order to retain a novelty appearance. The windows frame joints needs some finishing as the joints are visible.

The window pane needs to be painted as its is fading and wood is detoriating and ageing. The lintel of the first floor main door is corroding and this can happen to other doors as well. The windows are single glazed and could be changed to double

glazed if the expense allow. Some of the wood works are in poor condition and the mastics showing around the frame are shrinking.

Discuss Destructive Now and Before: Stereotypes out of American.

Write 14 pages with APA style on Destructive Now and Before: Stereotypes out of American. Whether it is the noble Indian, who is at one with nature and loves mother earth, or the ignoble one, who is a murdering savage lusting for blood, the lazy Indian, who gets handouts from the governments for no work, or the drunkard, who spends all his earned money on alcohol, Native Americans have much to deal with when it comes to stereotypes. In this paper, it will be attempted to discuss just how much truth there is in these statements, and just how giving and generous the US government has been with the Indians. Moreover, the systemic genocide, both cultural and physical, will also be broached upon, along with how the stereotyping of Native Americans is perpetuated through popular media and its effects on the Native American population.

For the stereotyping of the Native Americans, we have to go further back into the history of the United States, and the first interactions of the Europeans with the untamed (stereotype) Natives of North America. The early settlers who came here found themselves on land that was rich in productivity, yet was inhabited by men who did not exploit the riches and were content on living their lives simply as hunter-gatherers. This aspect of the Native American personality was never understood by the Europeans (even today it is not completely understood), who held the Christian worldview of all nature being under their service, open to be exploited and utilized to the maximum to gain riches. This first impression, sadly, has lasted till now – undermining the other characteristics of the Natives that the Europeans, indeed, found endearing. the hospitality of the Natives, their honesty, and their penchant for helping was, sadly, always overlooked. What is more, even if they were acknowledged, they were taken to be as hope for their redemption, which somehow always equaled the Natives leaving their own culture and religion behind and transforming themselves into good Christians.

Discuss application of communication theory to nursing

I need some assistance with these assignment. application of communication theory to nursing Thank you in advance for the help! Communication is one of the major assets that make human beings knowledgeable. Knowledgeable as the number of ways humans interact are much more superior to any other living being’s methodologies to communicate. Forms of communication may include message transfer through voice, letters, e-mails, sign language etc). (Haslett, 1987) Communication was present right from the time of man’s civilization however what changed are the methods in which the process is carried out. More effective forms of expressing are evolving with experience so that the communication as such becomes efficient. Comparing with the pre historic times, definitely the pace at which information is exchanged has tremendously changed. The advent of science and technology had a huge impact on the way communication processes are carried out. Today sitting in the remote corner of the room at any part of the world we can convey our information and carry out communication any time any where through telephonic calls, e-mails etc. (Barker, 2002) Now-a-days the computer science revolution had brought major renovations to the traditional systems of placing calls by introducing video conference that allows voice as well as the real life picture to be transmitted as message that obviously upgrades the level of communication.
