Tropical forests are densely populated and are found near the equator. In this type of forests winter is not present and the temperatures are normally between 68 and 77 degrees. These forests receive mostly receive 100 inches of rain in a year. The soils found in the tropical forests are very poor due to the high levels of rain and warm temperature. The plants that grow in these types of forests are normally broad-leafed and the trees are normally very tall. Due to the huge density of the trees the sun doesn’t reach the lower levels of the forest. This forces the animals that live in these forests to adapt to living in the trees (Green).

These forests are normally found in eastern North America, northeastern Asia, parts of Russia, China, Japan, Western Europe and Eastern Europe. The trees that are found in these forests are normally deciduous and coniferous evergreen trees.

materials, Ethnic & Racial Diversity in Society. All
required materials can be used as sources for this paper. Topics may come from
sections discussed in class, or they may derive from issues that you find of
interest. This paper requires you to reflect on the normality of
racism. Using the society, you are to identify a specific
unit of analysis and identify the meaningful ways microaggressions operate to
victimize the oppressed. You will be allowed to stretch definitions
microaggression to include all of the forms of interactions informed by unequal
power relationships. While one individual may wish to look at the normality
of racism in the classroom (teacher interactions, curriculum choice,
aesthetics, etc.), another individual may choose to look at the normality
of racism through the lens of food packaging or labels in grocery
stores. Once you have identified a unit of analysis, you must develop an
argument that identifies the normality of racism in the “space” you have
selected. Your argument must be based on scholarship, not just your opinion.
You are not making up stories to support your ideas. There are plenty of real examples
