The using of 3Tesla in Clinical Settings.

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an article on The using of 3Tesla in Clinical Settings. It needs to be at least 2000 words. Some complicated procedures such as diffuse tensor imaging (DTI) and MRI spectroscopy can also be administered easily with 3T (Haines & Quaddy, 2010, pp1-3). There is a scope of using many RF coils array for faster image processing in 3T.

Fundamental physics of MRI and nuclear spin

Here is a glance at the fundamental physics of MRI and correlation with nuclear spin. A magnetic field is a force generated by electric currents or magnets. This force attracts other metallic and magnetic objects towards the area. The nucleus of the atom has magnetic properties. All the cores provide chemical information together throughout the magnetic field. Atomic chief constituents are proton, electron, and neutron. They start revolving in angular momentum. This is called nuclear spin. This spin is suggestive of the direction of movements in the magnetic field (James, 1998, pp1-31. Machann, Schlemmer&Schick, 2008, pp63-70).

&nbsp. When two atoms come together in pair, they do not demonstrate a spin. However, in some nuclei, there is an uneven number of protons and neutrons. These types of seats will have intrinsic angular momentum. In other incidences, when the unpaired nuclei spins are put in the magnetic field, the heart and surrounding area’s magnetic field reacts with each other. These reactions are explained with Larmour frequency equations (James, 1998, pp1-31. Machann et al., 2008, pp63-70).

These nuclei momentums align either parallel or anti-parallel with the surrounding magnetic field based on quantum physics law. Hence, this creates energy difference among the spins that, in turn, allows transition in between the states. The nucleus consumes energy and goes into the excitement phase and further resting or relaxation phase. This relaxation period is essential for calculation. It indicates that any system requires equal time to go into the palliative phase after an exciting phase throughout the magnetization. The total sum of the energy from every step transition is equated along with signal spatial frequency domain and spin density. This signal from spatial frequency is expressed into density in real place for the formation of MRI image (James, 1998, pp1-31. Machann et.al., 2008, pp63-70).

Psychology-Mental health Counseling

This assignment BID consists of (3) different projects $20.00 eachBiopsychosocial Summary ReportIf you are new to this: the biopsychosocialformis what you use during your interview, and the biopsychosocialreportis your own summary of information, from the form, written for your case.Biopsychosocial forms: Your formmustcontain (or you must modify it to contain) the following sections: presenting problem, history of problem, developmental/medical history, family history, educational/social history, special considerations, mental status and client’s strengths, clinical findings, diagnostic impressions, and tentative treatment recommendations. When submitting your genogram add it to your biopsychosocial form that you have already completed and submitted. After completing your interview, use the biopsychosocial form and write up a biopsychosocial summary report which will become a 10 page summary report. You can reference it in your PowerPoint presentation where you think it is needed to make a point. Upload the biopsychosocial form into the appendix of the summary report. Do not include a link; again, the forms must be uploaded into an appendix.Genogram ReportPlease draw or include a genogram generated from a graphic program that would best fit your case used in the Biopsychosocial. You can reference it in your PowerPoint presentation where you think it is needed to make a point. The genogram should includethree generationsof relevant information. The genogram should be scanned and uploaded into the appendix of your narrative paper. Do not include a link; again, the forms must be uploaded into an appendix. Again, the genogram formdoes notcount toward the narrative paper 10 pages.  The narrative is just the biopsychosocial you previously submitted.Case Study PaperStudents are required to complete a paper on a specific child and adolescent diagnosis. The purpose of this assignment is for students to develop a clinical diagnosis and treatment plan in a case report. This is exactly what you will be doing on your own one day very soon. The paper should be 10typewritten double-spaced pages.  The body of this paper should consist of the diagnosis you gave the interviewee that is consistent with the findings in the biopsychosocial for your specific interviewee, and your tentative treatment recommendations. Discussion of diagnosis, differential diagnosis and tentative treatment recommendations will become the remaining 10 pages that complete your paper. The paper must follow APA style guidelines.Submit thisvia assignment link for each respective Assignment in Blackboard.vPowerPoint PresentationThe PP presentationis directly relatedas a matter of fact it is the summary of each of the previous assignments put together. The PP presentation must contain 10 slidesplus an appendix.Your introduction slide (very first slide)is notcounted as part of the 10 slide body. At the end of the 10 slide body you will insert an appendix section which will contain theconsent form(s). These documents are a fundamental part of your presentation.Upload them into your PP. Do not give me a link to either of them.  They do not count toward the 10 slide body. The 10 slide body will contain the following:a. Demographic InformationWhat are the names (first name only) ages, and birth order of all family/couple members?· What are the occupations and education levels of all family/couple members (where appropriate)?· What are the roles of each family/couple member?· Who does each member spend most of his or her time with?· Who makes decisions within the couple/family and how are they made?b. Developmental Information· What is the developmental stage of the couple/family at this time?· Are there any recent significant events/losses in the couple/family?· Are there any anticipated changes/transitions in the near future?· How are the current goals of the couple/family, including what goals have already been met and how?· What is the spiritual life/climate of the couple/family like?c. General ImpressionsWho did the most talking and what might account for this?· What are the couple’s/family’s boundaries with the outside world?· How affectionate is the couple/family?· What are the strengths and weaknesses of the couple/family system?· Is there any evidence of cutoffs, triangles, rituals, secrets or multigenerational effects· Other comments/observations^

write an article on Induction Training Process provided by UK Manufacturer

Hello, I am looking for someone to write an article on Induction Training Process provided by UK Manufacturer. It needs to be at least 1500 words. Induction can be defined as the process of integrating somebody into an organization or making one a part of a new setting (Dransfield and Needham, 2015). This, however, is yet to be effectively implemented in many organizations. Parry (1993) claims that the majority of the companies do not pay much attention to the issue of induction yet it is essential for the leaders of the companies to remember that all the employees are to be informed about all the features of the work process. Many organizations believe that employees will learn on their own volition, which is one of the reasons many organizations ask for experience before they hire a new employee. The other reason why some organizations avoid induction costs since they feel that they are diverting funds meant for core business or into training or that they are cutting down on the profit margins by engaging in employee induction (Rankin, 2009). Effective induction is a very important aspect of the employee integration process. The process itself differs from one industry to another and also from one company to another. In some jurisdictions, induction is, in fact, a legal requirement especially in circumstances in which safety and health of the employee, his colleagues, the customers or the public could be at risk if the employee is not properly informed of certain aspects (Mohring, 2013). Induction is required for a number of reasons, among them availing the right information to the new employee so as to ensure maximum productivity and also, in cases where this applies, to fulfill the legal requirements. A well-conducted induction process reduces the stress anxiety that comes with a new work environment and enhances a positive feeling about the new job, a crucial component in enabling a new employee to achieve their full potential (Mohring, 2013). Induction involves both mentoring and training and varies from a few days in some organizations to several months in others. &nbsp.Induction ensures that an employee fully understands the requirements of the new work environment, and also enhances such an aspect as safety and job satisfaction. It gas in fact been said to be one of the factors that increase employee retention in an organization (Mohring, 2013). Alexander Dennis Limited is one of the biggest and most successful manufacturers of buses and coaches in the United Kingdom (alexander-dennis.com, 2016). The firm has more than 2000 employees on all its facilities, some of which are spread across the world, with manufacturing or assembly plants in Asia and America (alexander-dennis.com, 2016). The growth of the company has been impressive, with both sales and profits have risen notably over the years they have been in existence. The firm’s products have become popular with a sizeable percentage of the market faithfully buying their products (Shakespeare 2011). In fact, the firm has been voted the fastest growing coach and bus manufacturer in Western Europe (alexander-dennis.com, 2016). With such a high number of employees, it is only natural that there will always be employees leaving and new ones getting hired, which provides a good candidature for the study of how effective the employee integration is. The firm is, therefore, a good choice for the case study on employee integration processes, and the findings will be applicable in understanding the requirements of employee integration. This study is important in assessing the effectiveness of the induction process at Alexander and Dennis. with a view to establishing the effectiveness and impact of the process to the employees and the firm. Induction, as discussed above, takes up a big fraction of the time and resources of a company. and it is important that a detailed study is done to determine if the firm is getting value for money and also to find out any areas that may need adjustment.

Discussion on International Marketing: Analysis of Teas.Com.Au.

Need help with my writing homework on International Marketing: Analysis of Teas.Com.Au. Write a 2750 word paper answering; The ability to reach different target markets through e-commerce is one that is important while selling different products.&nbsp. In analyzing “teas.com.au” there are several aspects that can be considered with the e-commerce strategy used. &nbsp. The features, design, and content offered through this site all show several strengths and weaknesses in the implementation of this business.&nbsp. The concepts included with this specific site provide a different understanding of how the website can be enhanced to change the way in which the website is able to offer different aspects of e-commerce.&nbsp.

The ability of a corporation to reach a global market is not only reliant on brick and mortar strategies but also requires an e-marketing strategy that applies the main concepts of the brand (Fiore, 2000). When looking at specific websites, it can be seen that there is an implementation of different marketing strategies to ensure success within the corporation, specifically through the marketing strategy.&nbsp.

The first concept seen with the “Teas.com.au” website is the products offered through the company. The strength of the products is seen with the design incorporated into the website, specifically because the consumer has identifiable graphics that show the basis of the tea. The menu as well as the main images promote the tea and gives the viewer a sense of health with the tea, as well as a taste that the company defines as refreshing, healthy and fulfilling. For the product, this is able to define a high sense of quality. The images and graphics available through websites are known to instantly create a stronger presence and sense of professionalism among websites, making this one of the highest strengths of the website (Sheth, Sharma, 2005). This is followed by the content that is a part of the site. The content is kept to a minimum and doesn’t provide information about the uniqueness of the tea.&nbsp.&nbsp.
