In this assignment, you are asked to write two fictional reports on two different patients.  Each patient should have at least one medical condition. For each condition, write a progress report based on the patient coming to see the doctor today. Include at least 5 medical terms in each report. Each case should be at least 250 words.  Please refer to the attached file for an example of what your report should look like.
